2022 Christmas Display Planning

August 10, 2022 

Dear Local Partner, 

The Lawrence County Commissioners are in the planning stages for the 2022 Christmas season in hopes of offering an interactive holiday light display and tree lighting ceremony immediately following the annual Lion’s Club Christmas Parade which will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022. 

The holiday season brings excitement and cheer to young and old alike. Offering an attraction in our county/community allows families to stay close to home and the opportunity to support local restaurants and retail shops during the Christmas season. 

We have established a plan for growth moving forward, offering light displays for families to enjoy for many years to come! We believe this project will allow families throughout Lawrence County & surrounding areas to visit our historic Courthouse and appreciate its beauty. 

The efforts to bring a project of this magnitude to fruition will require a collaborative effort from local businesses and residents, we are hopeful you will share our vision and help us reach our goal by supporting our mission.
