The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on the above date and time.
Freddie Hayes Jr., President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and recited the Pledge of Allegiance followed by Invocation:

To re-appoint Alesia Baker for her second of third term January 2020-December 2023 for the Lawrence County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes the County Administrator, Chris Kline, to process all transfers and appropriations as needed to balance out all accounts for 2019. An accounting of all transfers and appropriations made by the County Administrator will be given to the Lawrence County Commissioners and Journalized in the first meeting of 2020.
