The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in Regular session on the above date and time.
Mrs. DeAnna Holliday, President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

To approve the following floodplain permits as presented by the Soil and Water Conservation District:

2020-769 Janet Shafer & Travis Gates-Stream maintenance project located at 18705 St. Rt. 141
2020-770 Randy Carpenter-Stream maintenance project located at 414 Co. Rd. 54

To approve a Resolution the county’s participation in MPAGP (Marine Patrol Grant) attached as Exhibit B dated May 12, 2020.

To approve the MPAGP (Marine Patrol Grant) award, approved as to form by the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s office, with a county match not to exceed $16942.68.
