The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in Regular session on the above date and time.
Mrs. DeAnna Holliday, President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on May 12, 2020 as corrected.

To approve the following floodplain permits as presented by the Soil and Water Conservation District:

2020-771 TC Energy-Material storage and upgrade of existing equipment projects located on Co. Rd. 1
2020-772 Adam Fry-Filling & grading and residential addition projects located at 11907 St. Rt. 243
2020-774 David B. Freeman-Stream maintenance project located a/f 1328 St. Rt. 378
Renewal:
2020-773 Dirk Plybon-Filling & grading project located at 373 Co. Rd. 3
2020-775 Elizabeth Township -Grading/paving/culverts and maintenance projects located on Township Road R.O.W.
