Dr. Copley was inspired to go into public service after both he and his brother received an outpouring of support from the community after a family tragedy. Together with DeAnna Holliday and Freddie Hayes, Jr., the three have made an excellent team, focusing on what’s best for Lawrence County, even if that means some “outside the box” thinking.

Copley brings decades of medical experience to the world of public office. An innate understanding of the need for critical healthcare infrastructure and care, as well as the support of a thriving community have helped to cement his position to help continue moving Lawrence County forward.
