Commissioner DeAnna Holliday
The Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library is starting a new chapter in early childhood literacy across Ohio. Through our partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to put more books in the hands of Ohio’s children, we are working to ensure that every student enters kindergarten ready to succeed.
Commissioner DeAnna Holliday
Commission Vice President
A leader in small business, DeAnna worked her way up in the world starting in the then-new and exciting industry of cellular phone technology. Quickly rising in the ranks to tackle management, finance and sales challenges, her vision and background are precisely what Lawrence County has needed to pave the way forward for a brighter future.
In addition, her position on the Dawson-Bryant school board enabled her to supplement her existing salary with her business earnings, and transform that salary into scholarships that are now given back to deserving students — demonstrating that she does more than talk about serving the community: she actually acts on it.
