  2. Moved by Commissioner Holliday, seconded by Commissioner Finley, to approve the following floodplain permits submitted by the Soil and Water Conservation District. Roll call: Finley, Holliday, and Copley voted yes.
    • New, permit 2026-798: Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc.—Pipeline installation project located at 3 Twp. Rd. 1007.
    • Renewal, permit 2026-799: Fayette Township—Grading, culvert, paving and ditch maintenance projects located on Twp. Rd. R.O.W.
    • Renewal, permit 2026-800: Freddie L. Hayes Jr.—Filling & grading project located at 2131 Co. Rd. 9.
    • Renewal, permit 2026-801: Riley Development, Inc.—Filling & grading and Materials storage projects located at 6300 Co. Rd. 107.
    • Renewal, permit 2026-802: Riley Development, Inc.—Filling & grading project located at 350 Co. Rd. 775.

  5. Moved by Commissioner Copley, seconded by Commissioner Finley, to approve the Appalachian Family and Children First Council name change to Lawrence Conty Family and Children First requested by Julie Monroe. Roll call: Finley, Holliday, and Copley voted yes.
  6. Moved by Commissioner Copley, seconded by Commissioner Finley, to meet in executive session with Dylan Bentley, Colton Kuhn, and Carl Bailey regarding real estate and legal contracts.
