• The board approved and signed a subgrant agreement with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

Executive Session

• The commissioners entered an executive session with Missy Evans and Dylan Bentley to discuss legal contracts.

Health Department Accreditation

• Debbie Fisher, Director of the Health Department, announced the department received official accreditation on May 14, 2025.
• Commissioners praised the staff and noted their importance to the community, especially during county events like the fair.
• Mrs. Fisher and Commissioner Holliday commended the current team for their hard work and dedication.

The meeting was adjourned by Commissioner Holliday after all agenda items were addressed.

Motion by Commissioner Holliday, Seconded by Commissioner Finley To approve the Meeting Minutes on July 8th, 2025, as corrected.

To meet in executive session with Missy Evans and Dylan Bentley regarding legal contracts Roll Call: Commissioner Finley Yes Commissioner Holliday Yes

Debbie Fisher, Health Department Director presented the Department’s accreditation achievement. They became accredited May 14th, 2025.

Commissioner Finley stated that the Health Department is beneficial in many aspects to the community and is also a great help when putting on the county fair.

Mrs. Fisher stated that the current staff at the department is one of the best groups they have had.

Commissioner Holliday said that having the group of staff they have has paid off, as the team was able to earn their accreditation. She also said the health department is well equipped to handle anything that

comes their way.

Commissioner Holliday adjourned the meeting.
