- Judge Ballard presented the joint recommendation of himself and Judge Finley to reappoint Natalie Adams as Lawrence County’s representative on the STAR Community-Based Correctional Facility Governing Board. Ms. Adams has agreed to continue serving and was praised for her contributions, particularly her mental-health expertise. The Board will consider the appointment when Commissioner Holliday is present and will provide the signed appointment letter for submission to STAR.
