The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the 2019 year end transfers and appropriations as provided by the County Auditor, as well as the final appropriations for all funds for 2019 as presented by the County Auditor.

To appoint Kevin Turvey to be the Apiary Inspector for Lawrence County in the amount of $2,000.00 plus mileage.

To receive and file the correspondence from Brigham Anderson, County Prosecutor, to engage on the private practice of law for the term of Prosecuting Attorney beginning January 4, 2021.

To approve a Preliminary Resolution of Intent to vacate and set a date for a Public Viewing and hearing on the vacation, the Clerk of the Board will notify the landowners by mail.
