The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in Regular session on the above date and time.
Mrs. DeAnna Holliday, President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting for September 1, 2020 as corrected.

A motion to ask the county prosecutor the following questions:

  1. Can the City of Ironton impose a Lodging Tax in addition to the total tax already imposed by the County?
  2. How may the County legally use its Lodging Tax?
  3. If the City of Ironton can impose an additional Lodging Tax, how may the proceeds of the tax be used?
  4. Are there any additional opportunities for a Lodging Tax not currently being utilized by the County or the City of Ironton?
