The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in Regular session on the above date and time.
Mrs. DeAnna Holliday, President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting for October 13, 2020 as corrected.

To approve the following floodplain permits submitted by Soil and Water Conservation District:

2020-843 Aid Township-Grading, culverts, paving and maintenance projects located on all Township Road R.O.W’s

2020-844 John Carl Pratt-Stream Maintenance and debris removal projects located on County Road 17

2020-845 Marsha J. & Steven Douglas Whaley-Filling & grading project located at 7054 County Road 1

Approve the status change for Nathaniel Johnson from full-time EMT to full-time Paramedic effective October 18, 2020.

To Proclaim October 23-31 as “Red Ribbon Week” in Lawrence County, Ohio.

To approve the purchase of 6 new cruisers in the amount of $263,190 ($43,865 each) for the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, and to direct the county administrator to take all necessary steps for the purchase.
