The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners met in Regular session on the above date and time.
Mrs. DeAnna Holliday, President of the Board opened the meeting with roll call and Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting for November 10, 2020 as corrected.

To approve the following floodplain permits submitted by the Soil and Water Conservation District.

New:

2020-851 Columbia Gas of Ohio/NiSource-Filling & grading and installation of a natural gas pipeline located in the area N of SR 7 and W of Buffalo Creek Rd.

To approve the appropriations/transfers dated November 17, 2020 submitted by the County Administrator.

To approve the donation for Friends of Ironton in the amount of $1,000.00, the Lawrence County Memorial Day Parade Committee in the amount of $7,000.00 and for Wreaths Across America in the amount of $3,000.00.
