Subject: Lawrence County Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics November 30-December 3, 2021
Lawrence County Health Department would like to announce this week’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics. Opportunities for these vaccines throughout out this week will take place Tuesday-Friday with varying times and locations.
Tuesday, November 30th: 4-6 p.m. Dawson-Bryant Elementary (offering Pediatric Pfizer for 5-11 year-olds)
Wednesday, December 1st: 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. South Point Board of Education (offering Pfizer, 12 years of age and older, and Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, 18 years of age and older. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and/or booster doses)
Thursday, December 2nd: 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. South Point Board of Education (offering Pfizer, 12 years of age and older, and Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, 18 years of age and older. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and/or booster doses)
Thursday, December 2nd: 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Lawrence County Health Department (offering Pediatric Pfizer for 5-11-year-olds, Pfizer, 12 years of age and older, and Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, 18 years of age and older. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and/or booster doses)
