A champion for businesses large and small, Freddie Hayes has, for the last seven years, been focused on bringing new industries into Lawrence County. He believes that in addition to helping revitalize The Point and attract businesses to the area, that continued work must be done to deal with the city’s looming drug problem.
By dealing with this issue, the second most critical issue of jail overcrowding will also be solved, making Lawrence County even safer. He aims to help the city construct a new jail without overburdening the citizens with new taxes to make it possible.

PROJECT FIRST IMPRESSION
Project First Impression is a collaboration between the Lawrence County Commissioners and the Lawrence-Scioto Solid Waste Management District. This initiative brings together law enforcement, trustees, mayors, officeholders, and citizens to work as one and stop people from illegally dumping and littering throughout the county.
